It was so much fun designing this giant, 300-piece puzzle in memory of Sir Christopher Wren's death and his genius as an architect and inventor.

 

We designed an abstract artwork which included some of his major designs and inventions which we then split into a 300 square grid.

Using valchromat due to its sustainable features and slick aesthetic, we scored the outlines of the artwork into the wood and applied a special stencilling technique to replicate the colours with acrylic spray paint. 

300 VIP guests were invited to attend the dinner at The Painted Hall in Greenwich and each guest received a special puzzle piece as a gift, which they absolutely loved. In addition to the puzzle pieces we also designed a compliment slip and a card with a special message for the guests.

We were very proud of turning the project around within just a few days from conceptualisation and design to production
